Tailored Solution

Our manufacturing facility on the South Coast, UK, is designed to be responsive and adaptable to your specific requirements.

For clients with detailed manufacturing documentation, we offer build to print (BTP) assembly services. If you need assistance with circuit schematics or PCB layout, our skilled engineering design team can develop a functional design and create the necessary manufacturing documentation.

We handle PCB assembly in a wide range of volumes, from single prototypes to large-scale production runs of thousands of units.

We also provide flexible scheduling options to prioritise either rapid turnaround or cost efficiency based on your preferences.

To further enhance efficiency and cost savings, we utilise a tailored KANBAN system. This system minimizes the risk of delays caused by out-of-stock items and lowers transportation costs. By reducing the extra processing of smaller orders, we achieve cost reductions that we pass on to you.

Surface mount assembly

Our advanced surface mount services ensure precision and efficiency in every project. Utilising our state-of-the-art Europlacer pick and place machines, we can handle high-volume, complex PCB assemblies with unmatched accuracy. For specialised or low-volume tasks, our skilled operators provide meticulous hand placement, guaranteeing the highest quality standards. Whether automated or manual, our surface mount services are tailored to meet your specific requirements, ensuring reliable and cost-effective solutions.

  • SMT pick and place machine
  • Components range from 01005 to 50mm x 50mm.
  • 264 feeder positions.
  • 10 matrix trays.
  • Placement rate up to 15,390 components per hour.
  • Maximum board size 1610mm x 600mm.
  • Maximum component height 34mm.
  • Electrical component testing.
  • Placement Accuracy 22um (QFPS) TO 46um (CHIPS)

Through-Hole assembly

Our through-hole PCB assembly services are conducted by our team trained to IPC-610 standard for the acceptability of electronic assemblies, ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability. Utilising precise hand soldering techniques, our skilled technicians meticulously assemble each board to guarantee optimal performance.

This attention to detail ensures the best possible results for complex or high-reliability applications, making our service ideal for industries where precision and durability are paramount.

Trust us to deliver superior through-hole PCB assemblies that meet your exact specifications.

Inspection

Our Aleader Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) system ensures the highest quality and reliability in our surface mount technology (SMT) assemblies. The AOI meticulously inspects every SMT-fitted component for accurate placement, proper soldering, and overall integrity.

This advanced technology allows us to detect and correct any defects early in the production process, ensuring optimal performance of each assembly.

Additionally, we perform a thorough visual inspection of 100% of through-hole solder joints and components. This dual-layer inspection process guarantees that every product leaving our facility meets stringent quality standards and exceeds our customers' expectations.

Kitting

We excel in sourcing high-quality components tailored to our customers' specifications. Our extensive network of trusted suppliers ensures that we can procure even the most specialised components efficiently and cost-effectively. We handle all aspects of the sourcing process, from identifying the best parts to negotiating favourable terms, ensuring a seamless supply chain for your projects.

Additionally, we are well-equipped to manage free issue components provided by our customers. Our meticulous inventory management and quality control systems ensure that these components are handled with the utmost care and integrated seamlessly into the production process, maintaining the highest standards of quality and reliability for your electronic assemblies.

If any components become obsolete or are out of stock, we will proactively search for suitable alternatives and present them for your approval at no additional cost. This approach ensures the highest standards of quality and reliability for your electronic assemblies.
